  • Why don’t you use an instant checkout?

Because each item is custom-made, we use a private ordering system to discuss your preferences, confirm details, and make sure everything matches exactly what you want. This ensures perfection and prevents mistakes.
  • Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide using DHL, ensuring fast, reliable, and trackable delivery.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing time depends on your customization, but generally:
  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time (DHL): 3–7 business days worldwide
We will send you updates and a tracking number once shipped.
  • Can I return my order?

Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, returns are not accepted.
However, your satisfaction matters:

  • Do you offer discounts?

We occasionally provide discount codes for returning customers, compensation cases, or special events.

Every item is made individually, on demand, with high-quality materials and a careful hand-checked process. Nothing is bulk-made. Visit the About Product page for more info.
  • How many discount codes/coupons can I use per order?

You can use up to 2 discount codes per order.
We allow multiple codes so you can enjoy the full value of our offers, but the system cannot accept more than two at once.
  • Can I gift to someone in a different location from me?

Absolutely. You can order from anywhere and have the gift delivered to someone in another city or country.
Just provide the recipient’s address during the ordering process, and DHL will deliver it safely on your behalf.
  • Can I add a personalized message to my gift?

Yes. You can include a short heartfelt message during your order conversation. We’ll print or package it beautifully with your item.
  • Will the receiver see the price of the gift?

No. We never include invoices or pricing inside gift packages.
Only you—the buyer—receive digital receipts.
  • Do you offer express production?

For urgent situations, we can sometimes offer priority production depending on how busy the studio is.

Once production has started, changes are no longer allowed due to the custom-made nature of each item.

  • Do I need to create an account to order?

No. Since we operate through a private ordering system (WhatsApp/Email), you don’t need an account. Everything is handled personally.
  • Can I request a completely custom design not shown on the website?

Yes, you can. If you have a unique vision, we can create a fully custom piece tailored specifically for you. Just message us with your idea.
  • Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order ships via DHL, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.
  • Will the colors or materials look exactly like the photos?

We use high-quality materials and professional photos, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or device screens.
However, we ensure your item matches the agreed customization.
  • What happens if DHL cannot reach me for delivery?

DHL will make repeated attempts, contact you, and may hold your package at a nearby pickup center. You can easily arrange redelivery through your tracking portal.
  • Can I cancel my order?

Because items are custom-made, cancellations are only possible before production begins. After production starts, the order cannot be canceled.
  • What if I need my order by a specific date (birthday, anniversary, etc.)?

Tell us your date when ordering.
We’ll confirm if delivery is possible and prioritize your order if needed.
  • Do you keep my customization details for future orders?

Only if you request it. We can store your preferred style, colors, or designs to make reordering easier.
  • Are your products handmade or machine-made?

Every product is crafted individually, combining hand-finished techniques with professional-grade equipment for precision.
 
  • Can I order in bulk for events (weddings, birthdays, corporate gifting)?

Yes. We offer bulk and event orders with special customization options.

  • Do you offer digital versions of designs?

For certain products, yes. You can request a digital copy if you need it for printing or safekeeping.

  • Can I split payment into parts?

For large or special orders, yes, we offer split payments (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% before shipping). Ask during your order.
  • Will I get a photo of my final product before it ships?

Yes. Upon request, we can send a photo of your completed product before DHL ships it.
  • Can I update the delivery address after ordering?

If DHL hasn’t picked up the package yet, yes.
If it has been shipped, we can assist you in modifying the address through DHL directly (depending on your country).
  • Can someone else receive the package on my behalf?

Yes. DHL can deliver to anyone at the address unless the order is marked as requiring ID. If you need restricted delivery, let us know.

After confirmation, production starts, so corrections may not be possible.

If DHL returns the package due to refusal or multiple failed attempts, we can reship it once you cover the return and new shipping cost.
